Plot:

The cartoon follows an unnamed dog (possibly a prototype or early version of Bimbo from the Betty Boop series), in the cartoon this dog can be shown preparing to eat some meat, however he wastes the meat to only eat one part of the bone, to immediately turn it into a trumpet while reciting the instrumental of "My Old Kentucky Home", to later break the fourth wall and address the Audience, inviting them to sing the lyrics of My Old Kentucky Home. During the chorus you can see Stereotypes of African Americans (a crying lady, a girl playing and what appears to be a couple, while the husband pulls a cart and his wife offers him a watermelon to make him pull the cart) as if a horse was treated.
