English: Fruit Salad With Ice Cream is Mysore Special since many decades. Decently huge chunks of mixed fruits

like banana, apple, papaya, grapes, pineapple in a glass bowl with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with cashew and almond pieces, tutti-frutti and raisins, a beautiful sweetened cherry on top. A Fruit Bowl or Fruit Salad of Mixed Fruits like Banana, Apple, Mango, Green Grapes, Black Grapes, Guava, Pomegranate seeds all put together in a glass bowl, seasoned with a pinch of rock salt, sugar syrup and lemon juice. This keeps the fruits fresh and crunchy, also protects from possible infections during Coronavirus pandemic. This step is must as raw fruits and vegetables are potential carriers of infections. Fruit Salad is just the right snack for dieting folks. I prefer Fruit Salad with Ice Cream. I made a simple creamy white Ice Cream by reducing milk, milk powder, sugar, corn syrup, whipping and freezing it overnight. A generous scoop of ice cream topped with cut cashew and almond pieces, raisins, a beautiful sweetened cherry on top.
