Description A flag raising ceremony was held outside the National offices of the Department of immigration and Citizenship. NAIDOC week is a celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and an opportunity to recognise the contributions of Indigenous Australians in various fields. In this photo Ngunnawal Elder, Aunty Jannette Phillips is joined by the Secretary of the department Mr Andrew Metcalfe.
