English: PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii (Feb. 3, 2016) On Feb. 3, Naval Facilities Engineering Command Hawaii Executive Officer Cmdr. Scott Cloyd presents Builder Third Class Michael A. Trinh with the 2015 command plaque for Blue Jacket Sailor of the Year in the command's Seabee Division headquarters building, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. Selection was made based on his superb technical expertise in leading two personnel in quality completion of an 850 square feet office renovation with zero mishaps, achieving a $50,000 cost avoidance for Pacific Submarine Forces. Trihn was also a vital crew member, assisting with the installation of conduit, wire, ballasts, and light fixtures on 15 key joint base projects. His hard work, professionalism and loyal dedication to duty reflected credit upon himself and were in keeping with the highest traditions of the United States Naval Service.
