English: PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii (Nov. 2, 2016) On Nov. 2, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Hawaii Commanding Officer Capt. Richard Hayes presents Lt. Cody N. Robertson with a Plaque and Certificate of Recognition identifying his selection as the command's 2017 Military Architect/Engineer of the Year. Selection was determined by his proficiency and level of performance above and beyond daily responsibilities. The NAVFAC Hawaii Engineer of the Year nomination process is part of the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) Federal Engineer of the Year Awards program. The program recognizes exceptional contributions made by federal engineers to the engineering profession and those organizations and communities they serve. Robertson will compete with others in the NAVFAC community. The winners will be forwarded to the NSPE for national consideration.
