Description
Deutsch: Blick von der Kreisstraße 7407 auf das zukünftige Ostportal des Tunnels Widderstall. Der 962 m lange Tunnel soll bis 2016 in offener Bauweise erstellt werden und eine zweigleisige Röhre erhalten. Der zur Zeit gesperrte Rastplatz Albhöhe 48°31′38″N 9°43′2.8″E / 48.52722°N 9.717444°E / 48.52722; 9.717444 (Rastplatz Albhöhe) wird von dem Tunnel unterfahren und nach Abschluss der Bauarbeiten wieder errichtet. Im Hindergrund bei dem Roten Container ist das Bauwerk 0, die Straßenüberführung Widderstallweg, zu sehen 48°31′41.8″N 9°42′43.4″E / 48.528278°N 9.712056°E / 48.528278; 9.712056 (Widderstallweg). Dieser wird für den 6-spurigen Ausbau der Bundesautobahn 8 ca. 150 m weiter östlich neu gebaut und von der Neubaustrecke Wendlingen-Ulm mit dem Tunnel unterfahren.
