具注暦は二十四節季・七十二候や日々の吉凶などの暦注をそなえた暦で、毎年陰陽寮で暦博士が作成、天皇に奏進し貴族等にも書写配布された。奈良時代から遺品があり、平安時代以降にはその余白や裏を用いて公家や僧侶の日記も書かれた。本資料は、天文2年（1533）2月24日から3月15日までの断簡。他の具注暦に比べ小型である。なお、裏には松田丹後守貞秀−兼秀（対馬守）・貞清（対馬守）・数秀らの系図が書かれている。彼らは南北朝から室町時代にかけ、室町幕府の官僚として奉行人、評定衆、引付衆等を務めている。
