Nederlands: Doos/Map bevat getekende landkaart, afstandstabel, aantekeningen over huwelijk, dood, begrafenis en andere 'inlandse instituties', briefwisseling met en rapportages aan regerend vorst koning Willem III, alsmede de briefwisseling tussen de heer Reintjes van Veerssen - zoon van vervaardiger - en paters van de Congregatie CSSp, waarin de heer Reintjes deze documenten overdraagt aan het Afrika Museum (gedateerd 1958). Documenten zijn verpakt in 75 zuurvrije, polyester hoezen.
