Description National Register of Historic Places plaque on the Fleischner–Mayer Building, at 115 NW First Avenue in Portland, Oregon. The building is a contributing resource in the Skidmore/Old Town Historic District, which was listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1975 and designated a National Historic Landmark District in 1977 (NRHP refnum 75001597). It was built in 1906. The plaque is mounted on the building's Couch Street side, immediately west of First Avenue.
