English: The NUP-1 network around the periphery of the nucleus is stable. Fluorescence recovery after photobleaching (FRAP) was performed on cells expressing NUP-1-GFP (white). Shown is a time-lapse of 1.98 s between frames with an exposure time of 200 ms/frame (binning 1×1 pixels).
