English: Nadru monji is a Kashmiri dish , often served in the streets of Kashmir , Nadru which is also know as lotus stem are deep fried in mustard oil which are coated in rice batter ( it gives extra crispiness ) and served with monji a thick paste made combining grated radish and curd, further the dish is garnished by edible flowers and mint
