Najat Mokhtar, IAEA Acting Director General and Head of the Department of Nuclear Sciences and Applications met HE Ms Verónica Espinosa Serrano, Minister of Public Health of Ecuador, during her official visit at the Agency headquarters in Vienna, Austria on 15 March 2019. Minister Espinosa Serrano is accompanied by Ms Verónica Gómez Ricaurte, Chargé d’Affaires of the Permanent Mission of Ecuador and Mr Javier Mendoza, First Secretary of the Permanent Mission of Ecuador
