Description
English: Nam liap mu sap (Thai script: หนำเลี๊ยบหมูสับ) is minced pork stir-fried with garlic and minced nam liap (the fruit of the Canarium album, which resembles a black olive and is therefore also known as "Chinese olive"). Nam liap taste somewhat like dried prunes but then less sweet. This dish is often eaten together with khao tom kui (plain rice congee).
