Українська: Блочні структури на поверхні монокристалічного фосфіду індію, отримані у розчині бромистої кислоти. Фотографії наноструктур було отримано на растровому електронному мікроскопі JSM-6490 дослідниками Бердянського державного педагогічного університету. Збільшення у 1700 разів. Утворення граней (блокових структур) пояснюється виходячи з стійкості кристалографічних площин цих граней як результату адсорбції хімічно активних газів; при цьому виграш у вільній поверхневій енергії є рушійною силою їх утворення. English: Cubic indium oxide. Nanostructures have been obtained on the surface of indium phosphide. |
