Description
English: Narrowboats moored at Fradley Junction, Staffordshire The Coventry Canal joins the Trent and Mersey from the right, almost opposite the renowned Swan Inn, in the middle of that row of early 19th century wharf-side buildings. Boats here, below Middle Lock are often moored side by side as well as on the non towpath side of the canal. This can make it quite difficult for two boats to pass each other between the locks, especially for inexperienced hire boat navigators. Fradley Junction is a gongoozler's paradise (pub as well as entertainment at the next lock by the junction).
