English: WW2 police visor cap badge M1942 for the Statspolitiet (Stapo), a National Socialist armed police force of Norwegian officials 1941–1945, organized after Nazi German pattern. The emblem is similar to the redesigned eagle and suncross/sunwheel emblem of Nasjonal Samling (NS, Norwegian Nazi party). Norsk bokmål: Luemerke for Statspolitiets uniformsmodell som kom i 1942. Statspolitiet (STAPO) var en nasjonalsosialistisk politistyrke og statlig etat i Norge under andre verdenskrig som blei oppretta i 1. juni 1941. Emblemet inneholder solkorssymbolet til fascistpartiet Nasjonal samling (NS), båret av en flyvende ørn med utspilte vinger og omgitt av en eikeløvskrans.
