Naturmoor entgiftet und entschlackt den Körper, greift ein bei chronisch entzündeten Prozessen und hilft somit, zu einem verbesserten und entspannten Allgemeinbefinden beizutragen. Es wird neben den Erkrankungen des rheumatischen Formenkreises auch bei Frauenleiden, Prostatabeschwerden sowie bei funktionellen Magen-Darmerkrankungen, Reizdarm und Gallenwegsbeschwerden angewendet. Moor hat besonders günstig thermische Eigenschaften: Es speichert Wärme und gibt diese (im Gegensatz zu einem Wasserbad) nur sehr langsam und gleichmäßig und dadurch kreislaufschonender an den Körper ab. Diese Eigenschaft macht Moor zu einem idealen Heilmittel bei schmerzhaften Gelenkerkrankungen, z.B. Gelenkverschleiß. Darüber hinaus wird die Durchblutung gefördert, Bindegewebe gelockert und das Immunsystem aktiviert.
