Description Lot-10574-4: Construction of the State, War, and Navy Department Building (now Eisenhower Executive Building), Washington, D.C. Navy Department Library when located in State, War and Navy building, 17th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, D.C. This building later became the Executive Office building for the President of the United States. Photo taken circa 1915. This building held the Naval Records & Library Collection.
