Description
English: Brass case 5" diameter by 2" high. Case could not be opened; probably capsule aneroid movement. Scale and material: Dial of French silvered brass, process engraved 25 to 32 inches, wax lost form figures. Original hands and collet. Inscribed 'Made in France for T.S. and J.D. Negus' with trademark HPBN in circle.
