Deutsch: Nukleäre Lokalisierung des Nesprin2 Proteins in COS7-Zellen. (A) Nesprin2 Färbung durch pAb K1 (sekundärer Antikörper α-Kaninchen TRITC-Konjugat), (B) Aktinfärbung durch FITC-Phalloidin, (C) Lamin A/C Färbung durch monoklonalen α-Lamin A/C Antikörper (JOL2) (sekundärer Antikörper α-Maus Cy5-Konjugat). Die Zellen wurden mit 3 % PFA fixiert und mit 0,5 % Triton X-100 permeabilisiert. Die Bilder wurden mit dem konfokalem Laser Scan Mikroskop aufgenommen.
