Description
Nederlands: Een ponton in de Meeslouwerplas in het recreatiegebied Vlietland (gemeente Leidschendam-Voorburg). Het ponton wordt gebruikt om bagger, zand en andere materialen te storten; de plas (een zandput) is nl. indertijd te diep en te steil afgegraven waardoor sommige oevers instabiel en gevaarlijk zijn.
English: A pontoon in the Meeslouwerplas (Lake Meeslouwer) in the recreation area Vlietland (municipality of Leidschendam-Voorburg, Netherlands). The pontoon is used for dumping sand and other materials into the artificial lake, which was so deep and steeply excavated that some of its banks are unstable and dangerous.
