English: AWM Caption: Aerial port side view of the 8,237 ton Netherlands tanker Manvantara, which was bombed and sunk by Japanese aircraft in the Banka Strait on 13 February 1942, while attempting to escape from Palembang.
Nederlands: Luchtfoto van de 8.237 ton wegende, onder Nederlandse vlag, varende tanker Manvantara. De Manvantara werd op 13 febaruari 1942 gebombardeerd door een Japans vliegtuig in de Straat Banka terwijl het probeerde te ontkomen uit Palembang.
