The capital stock of the Exchange is held by the fifteen Trustees during the continuance of their termof office, and on their terms ceasing is to be transferred to their successors. All the other property, affairs,basiness, and concerns of the Exchange are vested in a Governing Committee, which for the first yearconsists of the Trustees, and for the succeeding years will consist of the Trustees and the President, Vice-President, and Treasurer of the Exchange. The Trustees hold office for three years, one-third going outin 1884, one-third in 1885, and one-third in 1886. Elections are to be held on the third Thursday in.August of each year, and at these elections a plurality shall constitute a choice.
