Summary edit

Description
English: Newest New Town. The New Town of Edinburgh was going to be far larger than it is now. Simply, the money ran out. It happened here. The dark houses in the middle, date to the attempted construction of Hopetoun Crescent in the 1830s. Along with a few other bits that's all that was built. In the 1990s the job was finished and Hopetoun Crescent finally became a New Town Crescent.
