Summary

edit
Description
English: Newport Roman Villa. Built in the late 270s and probably only used for 50 years or so as it did not undergo many modifications one would expect in a longer occupation. It has an exceptionally well preserved bath suite with (from the furnace end) a cauldarium, sudatorium, tepidarium and finally an unheated frigidarium.
