Română: Portretul marelui ban Năsturel Herescu, ulei pe pânză, 67,7x61,5cm - Muzeul Judeţean de Istorie şi Arheologie Prahova - PLOIEŞTI. Lucrarea este din a doua jumătate a secolului XIX şi reprezintă un portret de interpretare al Marelui Ban Năsturel Herescu, lucrare foarte apreciată în epocă. Personajul este înfăţişat şezând, înveşmântat în costumul epocii, işlic negru, caftan negru brodat cu fir. Figura este redată pe trei sferturi din faţă, orientată spre dreapta tabloului. Gama cromatică este sobră. Portretul este de factură academistă din perioada de început a lui Nicolae Grigorescu. Anul 1886, înscris pe spatele lucrării, este data unei reluări dacă aparţine autorului şi nu este cumva o datare a unui eventual posesor.
