English: No Through Road, Omagh. This is the entrance to the rear of the Tyrone and Fermanagh Hospital off the Crevenagh Road. Despite what the WHSSB has written on its sign, this road has been used by the public for as long as I can remember. I think if a predicent has been set for a certain number of years, it is deemed to be a public right-of-way. |
