English: No Time to Stand Beneath the Boughs & Stare as Long as Sheep or Cows. These blithe bovines have reason to be happy the grass is so verdant because they are grazing in the remains of a 13th Century fish farm run by the monks of the nearby Leez Priory. The series of lakes formed by damming the River Ter stretched for about 4km from this point to TL714182 Via TL692189. The picture was taken within a few feet of the 58m spot height. |
