| Description |
English: North-west corner of Stoney Littleton long barrow In the foreground is the north-west corner of Stoney Littleton long barrow, with its kerb of drystone walling. The small stone on the left was to mark the edge of the Scheduled Ancient Monument when the ploughing in this field used to come right up to the barrow. Since its recent restoration by English Heritage it has been surrounded by a fence in a rectangular enclosure. Wellow village is visible in the distance. |
