English: North West Abutment of the Grosvenor Bridge The flight of steps alongside the abutment used to be a useful way to access the top of the bridge from the river level, and the river level from the top of the bridge. Unfortunately the lower section of the steps has collapsed, and the gate at the top is now blocked. I'm not aware of any plans to restore the steps. |
