North and west facades of Longfellow House by T. E. Marr & Son. Photo of west facade, west piazza, and stairs off kitchen (built C1882). Also storm porch is visible on South facade. Possible print made later. Inscribed on lower left corner, emulsion side, "[Illeg]. Inscribed on lower right corner, emulsion side, "T. E. Marr." Inscribed in pencil, in cursive, upper left verso, "from/T. E. Marr & Son/234 Boylston St/Boston." [1929-1941 place of business at 234 Boylston St., Boston, MA.] Inscribed in pencil, upper right verso, the number "29" (crossed out)and to it's immediate right "30."
