Description
English: Row houses located on the northwest corner of 21st and O Streets, N.W., in the Dupont Circle neighborhood of Washington, D.C., following the Second North American blizzard of 2010.

Built in 1890, the brick, Second Empire, corner home (1400 21st Street, N.W.) is designated as a contributing property to the Dupont Circle Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

Previous occupants of 1400 21st Street, N.W., include: Federico Alfonso Pezet, the first Peruvian ambassador to the U.S.; Willfred W. Lufkin, a U.S. Representative from Massachusetts; Willard D. Vandiver, a U.S. Representative from Missouri; and John W. Langley, a U.S. Representative from Kentucky.
