Description
English: Norwegian Army service uniform M1914: Tunic and kepi with national cockade and Norwegian lion-and-axe motif (Coat of arms of Norway). In 1914 it was determined that the fjellgrå ('mountain grey') uniform of 1910 should be the Army's uniform. Some units had been using fjellgrå uniforms since 1902. A markmanship badge (Hærens skyttermedalje) is attached to the jacket. Photo taken at the Armed Forces Museum of Norway (Forsvarsmuseet) in Oslo, Norway.
Da hadde avdelinger allerede benyttet fjellgrå uniformer siden 1902. Hærens skyttermedalje er festet på våpenjakka.
