A la una de este dia he arrivado a este Puerto avordo del Navio de la Armada La-Europa Comandante de la Esquadra De Armada por S.M. a obgetos de su servicio en este Mar Y persuadido a que le será A U.S. de Zatisfacion esta noticia, se la comunico ofreciendole ademaz las facultades de Empleo de virrey del Peru a que el Rey por un efecto de su magnificencia soverana se ha servido promovernos Dios gûe A U.S. Mco.
