Summary edit

Description Now who is afraid of a slob like that? Prony the Python is said to have a girth of 30cm and is reportedly the largest python in captivity, measuring a whopping 27' 6". The snake was initially fed on dogs, but after objections by animal rights groups, gets a live pig every other week. The snake looks positively over weight and bloated. So much so that it was sprawled on the cage floor and did not even coil itself. I thought it's size apart, the over weight snake was not too healthy. It's cage stank, despite the crowds oggling at it and posing next to it. (Bohol- Tagbilaran, Philippines, May 2013)
