English: Mwajuma was orphaned from a young age and lives with her grandmother and 13 siblings. She knows from experience what it's like to go hungry and is often forced to skip meals.
She's a passionate young campaigner for Save the Children and a journalist – determined to speak up for those who suffer from malnutrition and determined to work hard so that in the future her family doesn’t have to suffer. Her fellow Tanzanian Frank Kapeta is also a campaigner and journalist from Dar Es Salaam who grew up seriously malnourished and susceptible to disease. Now he addresses governments and world leaders on the issue, including last year when he visited the UK as a Save the Children Ambassador for the Hunger Summit.
