Description
English: August 1971. Army helicopter pilot Lieutenant (Lt) Frazer Gibson of Ivanhoe, Vic (left), gets the all clear for take off from a US instructor during a training course. Lt Gibson, and other pilots of 161 Independent Reconnaissance Flight were undergoing a conversion course on the new Kiowa OH58A helicopter which was being introduced into the Flight.
