Completed in 1919. Supervising Architect: James A. Wetmore The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma met here until Chickasha became part of the Western District in 1966; building used by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma beginning in 1966.

Now owned by the city.
