Deutsch: Oberkleen (Kirchenburg); Kreis Giessen; Bundesland Baden-Württemberg; Deutschland; Erbaut im 15 Jh.; spätere Veränderungen; Bemerkenswert: Massiver Kirchturm mit Schießscharten in mehreren Ebenen (einige für Hackenbüchsen); in diesem Fall also eine Wehrkirche als Zentrum der früheren Kirchenburg (feste Kirchhofmauer in niedrigen Resten erhalten).
English: Oberkleen (Church-Castle); District of Giessen; Federal State of Hessen; Germany Build in the 15th century; later changes; Of special interest: Massive church tower with loopholes in several levels (some of them for hand guns); in this case it is a fortified church as the center of the former Church-Castle (low parts of the curtain left).
