This is a photograph of a cultural monument.
It is on the list of cultural monuments of Offenbach an der Queich.

Designation: Monument zone town hall of the collective municipality
Construction time: 1977–1979
Description: Two-storey reinforced concrete skeleton building with variable floor plan, architect Eduard Arnold, Landau.

Complete structural composition with open space design and Percent for Art by Prof. Karl-Heinz Deutsch, Jockgrim.
In August 2016 put under protection, demolition approved.
Several concrete reliefs should be preserved during the demolition.
