Description MINOT, N.D. — Congressman Rick Berg (right), talks to Roland Hamborg, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, Souris River area flood engineer, about the temporary levees within the City of Minot, N.D. June 4. The Corps built approximately 10 miles of emergency levees in Minot to protect the citizens from historic flooding. The Corps's number one priority is protecting human life and they are prepared to do whatever is necessary to keep residents safe. (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers photo)
