  • Significance: The boundaries of the campus have changed greatly since the campus Master Plan was prepared in 1930. The University has developed as a result of the 1930 25-year campus Master Plan. Dr. Bennett, then President of the A&M; College, advocated the establishment of a 25-year plan for the campus in the 1920s. The idea came into fruition in 1928 when the Denver firm, McCrary, Culley & Carhart was retained to develop a Master Plan...
