English: Closed Gate at the Germany - Czech Republic border crossing in the city of Olbernhau (DE). Brandov (CZ) is located on the other side. Although both countries have been members of the Schengen zone since 2007, the gate was not removed by German authorities as of 2009.
Deutsch: Verschlossenes Tor an der deutsch-tschechischen Grenze im sächsischen Olbernhau. Auf der anderen Seite befindet sich Brandov. Obwohl beide Staaten seit 2007 zum Schengen-Gebiet gehören, wurde das aus DDR-Zeiten stammende Tor noch nicht entfernt (Stand 2009). Das Tor wurde mittlerweile entfernt (Juni 2010), es stehen nur noch kleine Pfosten. Durchfahrt für Fahrräder möglich. |
