Description
English: Bridge over Elkhorn River in Antelope County, Nebraska; seen from the west (upstream). The bridge is located just east of the current bridge on which 519 Ave. crosses the Elkhorn. It is no longer in active use. The bowstring through arch-truss bridge was built in 1883; it is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. The photo was taken ca. 2 weeks after major flooding on the Elkhorn in June 2010.
