Summary edit

Description
English: Right-of-way for the former off-ramp from Interstate 95 at Hockaday (Mill) Road in Four Oaks, North Carolina. Until sometime during the mid-1990's the northbound off-ramp and southbound on-ramp to Four Oaks were located at Hockaday Road rather than at Keen Road, where it is today. People driving north on I-95 who got off here and wanted to get back on had to continue to drive straight ahead along Brewer Road which intersected with Keen Road, then get back on the on-ramp shortly north of there where Brewer Road branched off towards North Carolina Highway 96.
