| Description |
English: Old farm buildings between Manea and Welney These remains of an old farm are situated close to the bank of the Old Bedford River. Between this point and the village of Welney, known as the Bedford West Bank, there used to be a thriving riverbank community. Only a few scattered dwellings remain, mostly close to the village. As late as the mid 1900s, as many as forty children from this area attended the local school. |
