English: Old level crossing gates The track and trains have long gone, but the level crossing gates still stand to mark the spot where once the railway crossed the unclassified road just on the outskirts of Ottery St Mary in East Devon. Perhaps, on a dark and stormy night, you just might catch a glimpse of a ghost train, which just may still "run" along this section of line carrying it's ghostly passengers to a destination unknown! The view is looking towards Ottery St Mary. |
