Summary

Description
English: Old milestone, Salter's Brook. This worn milestone is opposite Salter's Brook House, a ruined former inn on an old "salt way" across the Pennines. I can't work out the first placename but the second is Rotherham. The initials IWB at the bottom also appear on the Lady Cross (245915) and a boulder near Dean Head (246396).
