| Description |
English: Old railway cutting east of Llangurig The rush-filled ditch in the centre of the picture was a cutting on the northern arm of the Manchester & Milford Railway, which continued just to the west of Llangurig before being abandoned. Here it began its descent under the road on its way down to Llanidloes. The bridge disappeared when the A470 was improved in the 1980s. |
