Українська: На читаннях виступив колишній віце-прем'єр-міністр України Олександр Сич. У своїй доповіді він проаналізував реалізацію визвольної концепції ОУН у 70-80-х роках. "Основою ідеологічної концепції ОУН спочатку було сподівання на третю світову війну. Однак в умовах психологічного тиску, спричиненого холодною війною, постало питання про трансформацію концепції, адже стало зрозуміло, що в основі протистояння світів є гонка ядерного озброєння. Відповідно, це вимагала пошуку нової форми для національної концепції. Було ухвалено рішення про її трансформацію в широкий фронт національно-визвольної боротьби всіх поневолених російською імперією народів. ОУН визначила, що єдиним шляхом визволення з-під гніту Росії є збройна національно-визвольна війна.
